A 30-day, virtually-guided physical activity challenge, in the month of November, open to individuals of all ages, anywhere!

Develop healthy and consistent physical activity lifestyle habits by exercising a minimum of 30 minutes per day for 30 consecutive days. Work individually, or in teams of two or more!
Earn your rank and virtual badge based on the number of days of exercise achieved, and the acquisition of up to 2 bonus points. Ranking results will be posted publicly. Individuals and teams with the highest rankings will receive special recognition! Rank levels are as follows:
Participants may earn up to two bonus points toward overall rank achievement.
Choose a weight (e.g., water bottle, weighted pack) and carry it anywhere on your body while you hike / walk / wheel / bike /elliptical / water walk a minimum of 30 minutes. This can be completed at any point during the challenge.
Donate a minimum of $10.00 to our charity in honour of a soldier, past or present. This may be done at any point during the challenge. Don’t know a soldier? Consider choosing one from the history books, your local community, or select an “unknown soldier”. Include the name, photo, and a description of the soldier (if available). Upload this information to your race roster fundraising page OR send it by email to charlotte@loaringphysio.com to achieve your bonus point. (Note: This information may be shared publicly unless you request otherwise.)
Exercise log sheets are available here. Participants must log and upload or turn in their exercise sheets at the end of the challenge (see end of challenge details below).
Walking, hiking, rucking, running, cycling, swimming, pickleball, pilates, yoga, tai chi, weights, resistance exercise, team sports, yard work, physiotherapy exercises, etc. Provided it is 30 minutes of dedicated physical activity, it counts!
Sick or injured? Try an easy walk, some yoga or gentle stretching, or focus on your physiotherapy exercises.
Miss a day? We suggest a $5.00 donation per day missed to be paid at the end of the challenge. (E.g., miss 3 days = $15.00 donation). 100% of donations go to our charity – “Solder On”. Tax receipts will be issued for donations $10.00 or greater.
100% of proceeds will go to “Soldier On” – a national program that aims to improve the quality of life for ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members and veterans via sport, recreational and creative activities and opportunities.
Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $10.00 or more.
Participants will receive daily motivational email messages at 05:00hrs from a series of guests on topics that range from health & fitness, inspirational personal stories, and military / life core values.
